Feminist Career Center
A service of the Feminist Majority Online intended to help feminist employers and job seekers to find each other. Jobs are listed by geographic region, or you can submit your resume to their free public database. While they update on a regular basis, some older position announcements are in the list. Check the dates and contact the posting agency to be sure a position is still open. Other services available here are the Positions Wanted database (submit your resume for free, it will be listed for 6 months), Internships (arranged by organization name), and links to additional job boards.



National Association of Female Executives
Working to provide business women with the information and resources they need to stay competitive in the business world, providing women-owned businesses with a starting point for finding resources and information they need to grow their businesses, and serving as a medium for businesses to target the fast growing and powerful women's market.



Online Women's Business Center
Whether you are writing your business plan for the first time or rewriting it for the twentieth, there are certain steps you can follow in order to make the process easier. See a sample business plan.



U.S. Department of Labor, Women's Bureau
promotes profitable employment opportunities for women, to empower them by enhancing their skills and improving their working conditions, and to provide employers with more alternatives to meet their labor needs.



Women in Technology International WITI
Mentors, networking opportunities, and jobs for qualified women in technology. Their purpose is to encourage women to the upper administrative levels and encourage more women to pursue technical careers. Looks like a great professional and support organization. Their job database includes more than just technology jobs, but most positions are in various high-tech companies.



Women's Initiative
Women's Initiative for Self Employment is a private, non-profit agency providing comprehensive business training, on-going technical assistance and financing for Bay Area low-income women. Our programs are designed to assist an entrepreneur in gaining the necessary skills to start, grow and/or expand her business.

Work4Women
provides tools, strategies and a virtual community to help increase women and girls' integration and retention in high-wage jobs that are considered nontraditional for women. Working Mother

A subject directory similar to the Yahoo model. Good place for links to information by and for women and minorities. Many career-related sites included along with a huge list of professional and trade associations for women.
